Terms of Use

Last updated: July 6, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of "To Notion Bot" (the "Bot"), a Telegram bot that forwards any message from Telegram to Notion — text, files, photos, videos, contacts, and checklists — from a Telegram chat into a database or page you connect. By adding the Bot to a chat or authorizing it to access your Notion workspace, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the service

The Bot lets you connect a Notion workspace to one or more Telegram chats. Once connected, messages sent in that chat are converted into Notion blocks and written to the database or page you selected. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is processed.

2. Eligibility and account connection

3. Subscriptions and payments

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Bot to:

5. Content responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you send through the Bot and for the content that ends up in your connected Notion workspace. The Bot acts only as a relay between Telegram and Notion and does not review, endorse, or moderate that content.

6. Availability and changes

The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Bot at any time, including due to changes in the Telegram or Notion APIs that are outside of our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or content, arising from your use of the Bot. The Bot is not a substitute for your own backups of important information.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Bot for any account that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your chats and revoking its access in your Notion integrations settings.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent via the /feedback command inside the Bot.
